From Fragmented Operations to Unified Enterprise Infrastructure

The Challenge

CPM Supply & Services operated with fragmented, manual processes across departments (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
Client tracking and sales data were scattered across multiple systems with no centralized access
Blueprint data handling was inefficient and prone to data loss and errors
Employees lacked reliable IT support infrastructure for daily operations

My Approach

I architected and deployed a secure Linux server infrastructure to centralize all network management operations
I deployed a comprehensive CRM system based on MongoDB backend, tailored specifically to CPM's operational needs
I established secure remote access protocols and data storage solutions for distributed team collaboration
I performed reactive IT support services and proactive infrastructure management, building a scalable ecosystem
